General Q&A

Can you use plan pricing to purchase a used vehicle?

  • No- a used vehicle cannot be purchased with AXZ-Plan pricing. Plan sales are for new Lincoln vehicles only.

How long is the program in effect?

  • There is no expiration date for the program, however, Lincoln Motor Company reserves the right to modify the program, remove eligibility, or cancel the program at any time.

How do I participate?

  • Each time you wish to participate in the Plan you will need to obtain an approval prior to the purchase. For each approval you will need to generate a new Personal Identification Number (PIN).

How long is a pin valid?

  • Your PIN is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. After the 12 months, your PIN will automatically expire and no longer count against your PINs/year allotment.

How is my PIN used?

  • Provide your dealer the PIN along with the last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number. The dealer will enter your PIN and social security number into the computer to verify your eligibility. Once your eligibility has been verified, the dealer can lock in the approval to complete the transaction. (If you decide not to complete the transaction at that dealership, ask the dealer to cancel the locked-in approval so that you can use it elsewhere.)

Are Lincoln AXZ Plan participants eligible for other incentives?

  • Yes - for most. There are some special offers that are not compatible with this offer. Participants should ask Libertyville Lincoln to determine which incentives they are eligible for. Libertyville Lincoln will check directly with Lincoln Motor Company to determine eligibility.

Can a vehicle be traded in combination with this program?

  • Yes - however this program does not cover trade-in allowances, which must be negotiated directly with the customer.

Can Lincoln vehicles be purchased or leased?

  • Yes -They can be either purchased or leased. The only requirement with leasing is that the lease must be obtained through Lincoln Automotive Financial Services.

Can I obtain a vehicle for my business or for another person?

  • Yes - You may extend your plan and provide the PIN to your spouse or any member of your household (requires driver's license verification). Additionally, you may purchase the vehicle in the name of a business owned by you, your spouse or household member.
